How long is processing and shipping?Orders are typically processed, made-to-order with love, and shipped out within 1-5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on location, with the bulk of customers receiving their orders in 5-12 days after it's shipped!

What is the rewards program?If you create an account on our site, our rewards program earns you 1 "Space Coin" for every 1 dollar you spend in our store! You are able to redeem these points for discount coupons, which will appear in your rewards portal after you've earned enough points to be redeem them for discounts ranging from $5-$15 off your order!

How Long until my order is processed?
Most of our products are made upon receiving your order, to remain environmentally conscious. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and making your order.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 4-11 business days for items shipped to the continental US, and 15-30 business days for items shipped internationally
How are shipping costs calculated?
Some of our items come from different warehouses, shipping is calculated accordingly. If ordering multiple items that are shipped from the same location, shipping costs for each additional item over the first item, is included in the shipping costs of the first item.
Return Policy
Returns requests received up to 15 days after you receive the item will be processed, providing the item in question is still in unused condition.
Return requests received after 15 days upon receiving the item will be declined, please inspect your items fully upon arrival, and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong so we can ensure a positive experience for you!
